In preparation for an anti-Valentine’s atmosphere…..

We would like to invite our guests to think of their worst dating disasters, most embarrassing moments and worst pick-up lines they’ve ever heard or used……..

And bring your thoughts and ideas to the Underground Art Club on Thursday evening! You bring the creativity, we provide the pencils (and booze, of course)!

See you on Thursday…..

Nearly there!!!!

The next Underground Art Club is only a few days away….!
Our line-up this time will include the wonderful band, Emrys, a duo of crazy clowns, a little bit of slightly twisted burlesque and of course our lovely models.
Come and draw your hearts out at the Underground Art Club this Thursday evening!

FEBRUARY 21 – NEXT UNDERGROUND ART CLUB EVENT….

So, our next event will be an Anti-Valentine’s Day Sketch-athon on 21 February. For those new to the Underground Art Club, please read on….
This event is for all of you who are looking for an alternative night out in Geneva, for those of you who doodle whilst on the telephone, for those who miss drawing and those who haven’t drawn since some teacher in high school told you that you were rubbish, and for those of you who like theatre, dance, music and mayhem. In short, it’s for anyone who’s curious and yearns for a bit of creativity. You don’t have to draw, although we would love you to, you don’t have to join in, although we encourage enthusiasm and high jinx. But do come along and see what it’s all about!
The Underground Art Club is a secret world of creativity, fusing vaudeville theatre, with its musicians, magicians, clowns and dancers – performances both serious and absurd – and a live drawing class. You will be reacquainted with your pencils and sketch pads, enjoy the live acts and then get the opportunity to draw the performers afterwards, whilst sipping a beer, glass of wine or other beverage of your choice……..a perfect way to spend a Thursday night!

Come and get your draw on!

The Lovesick Underground Art Club

ANTI-VALENTINE’s DAY sketch-athon!

An arty antidote to the cloying sweetness of Valentine’s Day….all those sickly chocolates, cheesy gifts and cheap petrol station roses…….
Join us instead for an evening of music, madness and mayhem, as cute Cupids are replaced with broken hearts, weeping models, crazed performers and fallen angels……
putting a darker (and, let’s be honest, more fun) spin on Valentine’s Day.
Get your pencils sharpened and join us on 21 FEBRUARY at Dialogai (rue de la Navigation). Doors open 7pm, show starts 8pm. Be there or be SQUARE!

New UAC date and Christmas Wishes!

The Underground Art Club will be back in 2013, with a new event on 21 February!!
Save the date in your diaries!
Get those pencils sharpened over the Christmas holidays as we will be back to entertain and amuse you in Feburary.
In the meantime, we wish all you Underground Artists a lovely Christmas and a very happy New Year (assuming the world doesn’t end tomorrow).
